It's not an Ice Castle but nowhere near the price either! Very functional Homemade 6.5'x9' Permanent Ice Shack. Has cordless remote for winch to lift and lower. Recent new tires. Insulated walls, ceiling and floor. Newer propane heater. A small amount of electrical wiring for generator or inverter. Use as is or spruce it up a bit. Very economical way to get on the ice and stay warm!
